Holiday Camp Cancellations
• Cancellation requests can be made phone/email/online or in person.
• Cancellation requests should be made more than 7 days prior to the session.
• You may request that the original booking be transferred to an alternative date, subject to availability.
Refunds
• Please note that refunds will be processed in the original form of payment.
• Refunds will be processed within 5 working days.
• Refunds will be subject to a transaction fee plus deduction of any benefits or discounts that were applied at the point of booking.
