Monthly Subscriptions - PLEASE READ!

All Subscriptions start in September 2024 - however you can sign up now to secure your place.
Please ensure that you set the subscription date to start on 1st September 2024
Your first payment will be taken out at the time of signing up and the recurring payments will start in October 2024.
Current participants on any Sporting PB programmes will need to continue with cash or bank transfer until the launch in September.

When can I join any of the subscription packages?

You can join the subscription packages at any time throughout the year by clicking the subscription you would like to join and following the sign up process (if spaces are still available on the subscription you want).
When can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Members Account. Simply log in and go to My Subscriptions. The option to cancel is there.
How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel this through your members area.
Can we have a taster session before we sign up?

If you are a new member to this session, yes you can! Click on the page related to the session you are looking to book and it will give you the opportunity to sign up to your free taster session or click here to see all the Free Taster Sessions.
What happens if we have a reason, we can’t attend for a while?

You can cancel your subscription and rejoin once you are able to (only if there are still spaces on the particular session) Speak to the Lead Coach about your situation and we will look to support you where possible.
Can anyone be a PB Member?

Yes we invite anyone to join as a member and get all the added benefits that come with this (more information on our PB Members page)
Do I have to pay to be a member?

No, our PB Membership is free and gives loads of added benefits to you as a participant of Sporting PB.
How do I find my discount code?

You can only unlock Member Benefits and Discount Codes by signing up as a PB Member and joining The Members Lounge. You sign up for that here. Your discount code will be emailed to you and is also is in your Members Account (drop down menu). Please Note: Discounts are not applicable to Subscriptions.
How do I apply my members discount code?

When you go through to booking, there is an apply discount code box. Enter your discount code here and it will automatically take off your discount.
Can anyone in our family be a member?

You can book family members (your children) onto events and sign up to subscriptions via your Members Account to create a family area. This can keep a track of all your bookings and who is attending which session.
How do I access my Member's Discount Code?

You can only unlock Member Benefits and Discount Codes by signing up as a PB Member first. You sign up for that here.
How do I apply my discount code?

When you go through to booking, there is an "Apply Discount Code" box. Enter your discount code here and it will automatically take off your discount.
What does my child need to bring with them for the holiday camps?

Clothing suitable for sporting activity, indoor and outdoor shoes (boots and shin pads advised for football camps), plenty of drinks to last them the day, water refills are available. A packed lunch is also needed.
What time are the camps?

All of our camps start at 9am and finish at 3:30pm
Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can cancel your booking at any time, you are only guaranteed a refund if you cancel 7 days before the day of the booking.
What age are the camps aimed at?

All of our camps are for 4-11 year olds.
Can I move my booking to an alternative day?

You are also able to move your booking to a different day (if spaces are available) this is available up until the day of the camp.
How do I find the location?

All the camps postcode are on the venue page for each camp.
How can we pay for the camps?

All bookings must be made through the booking page on the website, you can pay using a variety of card types and there is an Apple and Google pay option as well. Please Note: No cash payments on the day.
Do you accept childcare vouchers?

This is something we currently don’t provide, however keep checking on here as this could be something in the future.
Do you provide a venue for parties?

We can look at this in certain areas as we have some good contacts with local facilities to Staffordshire. This will be an additional cost which will be discussed when you contact to book
Do you do parties outside of Staffordshire?

Yes, we can discuss this when you contact us, there will be an extra cost for mileage and time of travel.
What parties do you offer?

Have a look above to see our party packages, we can deliver most sports and fit in with themes of parties. Contact us to register your interest and we can discuss this further?
Do you offer parties to any ages?

We can offer parties for age 3+, we have a wealth of experience of working with children in early years right through to high school. We have delivered parties for 3 year olds up to 14 year olds in the past.
How do we pay for parties?

There is a £50 deposit on confirmation of booking. The rest can be paid up to the day of the party.
How do I access my discount code?

Can we host a party at our house?

Yes, we have done a lot of parties at peoples houses, as long as there is a suitable space to host the party.
