Coaches CLUB

Here at Sporting PB we are passionate about supporting the grassroots of Football, we believe its the most important stage of a child's footballing journey. Having worked in elite professional clubs, we understand these coaches have the support and time to develop their coaching journey. However we are now currently Chairman and Managers within grassroots we have seen this is more difficult within grassroots coaches. With over 40 years experience developing schemes of work and coaching a wide range of ages and abilities within the football pyramid, we believe we are perfectly suited to support you.

We aim to develop a club, which helps coaches develop their own confidence and skill set through regular support and a community network to allow a long lasting support to every coach we help. Whilst giving you the resources at a reasonable price.

With this being at the early stages will inform you all of more that we have planned in 2026 later on in the year. We are currently looking for feedback from the below survey to allow us to tailor and support coaches in the best way possible. Once we have completed this phase we will create a focus group to then aid us in the next steps.

The more coaches that fill in the survey below the better for us to get the best picture if support is needed and in which areas that it is needed.
