Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time however please note that we cannot hold session or course spaces open once your subscription has been cancelled.

Cancellation requests should be made more than 7 days prior to the start of your monthly subscription date to avoid being charged for the following month.

Holiday Camps Cancellations

Cancellation requests can be made phone/email/online or in person.

Cancellation requests should be made more than 7 days prior to the session.

You may request that the original booking be transferred to an alternative date, subject to availability.
Refunds

Please note that refunds will be processed in the original form of payment.

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days.

Refunds will be subject to a transaction fee plus deduction of any benefits or discounts that were applied at the point of booking.
