OUR AIMS
Sporting PB delivers high quality sports sessions to a wide range of participants across Staffordshire and beyond, through a wide variety of sports programmes. These have a participant centered approach, no matter what the age or setting of the session. This allows individuals to feel confident to perform in the setting and thrive in a positive but ambitious environment.

Our aim is to make a positive impact on every individual we support, whether that is one session in the community or years of PE delivery in a Primary school.
We aim to develop every participant not only technically through the variety of sports, but also support and develop them as people through the social and emotional support we can offer all of our participants.
Any staff that Sporting PB employs will share our aims and values and these will be visible during every session. They are embedded in all that we do and this is felt by our participants, whether in school or in the community.
OUR VALUES
Through these aims and values and always putting our participants first we believe we will make a difference to every participant at one of our sessions. We will make them feel proud to be part of the Sporting PB family!
Always aspiring to improve not only the participants we engage with but ourselves every day!
MEET OLLIE
Ollie Crooks - Director
Sporting PB was formed in July 2021 by myself, during the second Covid-19 lockdown, I re-evaluated my career and decided to get back to what I was passionate about; teaching young children sport and even more importantly the positive impact I can make on their sporting journey.
After over 16 years working in a variety of roles in both the sporting and education sectors, I felt my most rewarding years were spent making a difference to young children by delivering sport activities. Either through primary schools PE delivery or sessions within the local community, the impact is always significant.
I have two young children myself, Charlie (8) and Sophie (3), with my wife Laura. My favourite times are spent with my family at National Trust sites, walking through the countryside, taking Charlie to the football or a game of golf with my mates.
MEET SCOTT
Scott Taylor - Director
I joined Sporting PB as Director alongside Ollie Crooks in 2023 with the aim to work in sport and continue my passion of working with both children and adults to make an impact on their sporting journey.
My journey in sport has led me to becoming Football Development Manager at a professional football club and work in an academy football setting for five years. I've worked with participants from 3-80 years old, created partnerships with local, regional and national organisations, overseen two sports facilities plus much more.

Sport is where I am happy, whether that is playing or watching it. Sport including football, cricket and speedway have provided some great experiences.
I look forward to continuing to use sport as a vehicle to enable as many people as possible to take part and enjoy their Sporting PB journey with the PB family.
